Randomly this weekend our rig started having an intermittent charging system fault. The alternator was replaced about 1.5 years ago with an OEM unit. I checked the voltage and both the battery and alternator seem to be working in spec. Loss of power on the Range Rover ® L322 can be caused by a number of issues. Most will require the vehicle plugging into diagnostic equipment to find the exact cause however the most common faults are EGR valves or a split in one of the intercooler hoses. https://nonsdibundket1972.mystrikingly.com/blog/file-juicer-4-55. Hi, I know when you change a battery on a Audi it needs coding to the car so Land Rover could be the same with the new technology. It will start but start to bring up faults and not charge. Also the battery has to be of the same type so best to order the battery from the reg plate. Land Rover / Range Rover have changed a lot over the years. 2011 Ranger Rover sport was used to jump start another car. Afterwards a warning message popped up 'Charging system fault' along with battery symbol and red triangle. Says to push 'ok' to reset. When pushing 'ok', it does not reset. Do not know what has gone wrong.
